In Vancouver, Tashi Chogyal, a 21-year-old Tibetan from Portland, was arrested after locking himself to an actual size model of a Chinese tank. He was dressed as a monk and emblazoned on the side of the tank was “Beijing 2008: One World One Dream,” the official slogan of the 2008 Olympics.
